SRAM’s Dealer Service Direct Becomes SRAM Technical Support

SRAM Dealer Service Direct (DSD) has officially become SRAM Technical Support (STS) as of January 1, 2021. SRAM’s STS group provides technical service and support to anyone, including dealers, distributors, OEM’s, and riders.

SRAM’s service program began as a dealer only resource soon after the company was founded in 1987, and has continually expanded its role, most recently adding rider direct options for Zipp and Quarq. All SRAM, RockShox, Truvativ, Zipp, and Quarq technical questions should all be directed to STS.

“SRAM Technical Support is a rebranding effort that is a better reflection of our evolution as a technical service provider. We will keep evolving our systems so anyone who needs assistance with any of our products has multiple paths of support,” said Mark van Gemert, SRAM’s Technical Support Director.
