NEW YORK (BRAIN) — Rubber N' Road, which has been operating pop-up retail stores in Manhattan for the last two seasons, is now opening a permanent store, in Midtown Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood.
Rubber N' Road specializes in selling rarely seen road and gravel brands from outside the U.S., including Black Inc., Factor, Festka, Fingerscrossed, Isadore, Kask, Koo, Maap and Q36.5.
Store partners Gil Lavi and Max Davis said each of the brands it carries are owned and operated by their respective founders, and "exhibit a strong focus on exceptional quality & craftsmanship, sustainability and innovation. Most products sold through the site are manufactured by the brands themselves in ethical working conditions."
The new space features a specialty coffee bar as well as a showroom that presents a rotating collection of the latest in global cycling culture, including a book collection and new releases in cycling apparel, equipment and accessories.
