ALBANY, Calif. (BRAIN) — San Francisco Bay Area distributor and service center Cycle Monkey has expanded its suspension service business under the new name Suspension Lab, offering retailers quicker processing on overhauls of shocks, forks and dropper seatposts.
“There are a huge number of skilled, dedicated riders out there who haven’t experienced the advantages of having their suspension serviced regularly or tuned to their riding style,” said Cycle Monkey founder Neil Flock. “Our customers often say it feels like they’re riding a whole new bike after they get their shock serviced. Our goal is to help dealers give that exciting ‘new bike’ feel to more riders.”
Cycle Monkey services most forks, shocks and dropper posts from brands including RockShox, X-Fusion, White Brothers/MRP, Cane Creek, Manitou, DT Swiss, Cannondale, Specialized and Magura. It’s also a distributor of Rohloff internal gear hubs and builds custom wheels and bikes around the Rohloff system.
