Twin Six launching bike line at Interbike

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (BRAIN) — Apparel brand Twin Six will is getting into the bike business, with four new frames it will debut next week at Interbike.

The Operation Ridemetal line consists of a titanium fat bike, Reynolds 853 cyclocross and 29er mountain models, and a T6 steel randonneur frame.

The Standard CX ’cross model is available as a full frameset with carbon disc fork, while the other models are available as a frame only or paired with forks. All come with a Twin Six seat collar, top cap and silver-plated headbadge.

The line starts at $600 for the Standard Rando ($630 with steel fork) and tops out at $2,200 for Standard Fat with carbon fork, which weighs 4 pounds, 2 ounces in size medium.

The Standard Fat and Rando are set to arrive before the holidays, while the Standard 29er will ship starting in spring 2015, followed by the Standard CX in late spring or early summer.

Twin Six will have seven complete bikes displayed at Interbike in Booth 13024.
