POZZOLEONE, Italy (BRAIN) — Selle Royal Group has hired Brian Valverde as its North American OEM sales manager.
Valverde was previously with Shimano for 8 years as its regional sales manager representing Shimano, Pearl Izumi and Pro products in the aftermarket. Prior to that, he was the regional sales manager with Serfas for 5 years.
"Brian brings a lot of industry experience and a unique perspective to this position," said Steve Carr, the VP of OEM sales. "I am pleased that Brian has accepted the role. His passion for riding and his insight into the industry will help us to continue to develop strong relationships with our U.S. customers, showing the value of what we do."
The company said Valverde, who will be based in Laguna Beach, California, will represent all the Selle Royal Group Brands (Selle Royal, Fizik, Brooks and Crank Brothers) to the North American OEM market.
