PORTLAND, Ore. (BRAIN) — Echos Communications has hired bicycle industry veteran Brian Fornes as senior account manager for the bike division. Fornes spent 10 years at Raleigh, most recently as marketing manager and product manager, and also served as brand manager at Kona Bicycles.

"We were looking for the right person who has a mix of industry knowledge, marketing experience, with a dash of radness — and I'm certain we've found him."
Fornes will focus on media communications and operational management for the Echos bike division, which includes such clients as Castelli, Paul Components, Showers Pass, Riese & Muller, Argonaut Cycles and the North American Handmade Bicycle Show.
