SUN VALLEY, Idaho (BRAIN) — Assos of Switzerland is now sponsoring mountain biker Rebecca Rusch as a brand ambassador and sponsored rider who will participate in product development.
"Assos plans to tap Rusch's knowledge and experience as a champion rider to evolve and expand its mountain bike collection, furthering the brand's commitment of resources in the development of a comprehensive women's program," the company said.
This year Rusch will participate in events including her own Rebecca's Private Idaho, the Colorado Trail Race, Dirty Kanza, and more. Rusch and Assos also will hit the film tour circuit this spring in support of her Redbull Media House film, Blood Road, which premiered this week as the opening film in the 2017 Sun Valley Film Festival.
