DORSET, England (BRAIN) — British bike care brand Muc-Off has hired Tony Zanca to oversee all sales and marketing activities for the brand in the U.S. Zanca, who most recently was an account manager for Hawley Lambert — Muc-Off's North American distributor — will work from Southern California.

Muc-Off's increased focus on the U.S. market this year has also included the opening of a warehouse in Minnesota.

James Cramp, sales manager at Muc-Off, said, "We are really excited for Tony to join the Muc-Off team and expand our U.S. presence as he brings with him an in-depth knowledge of the U.S. cycle industry. Tony previously worked for our national distributor Hawley Lambert, with whom we've had a fantastic last 12 months in both the U.S. & Canadian markets. With Tony on board, we're aiming to put in place some key initiatives for the U.S. IBD's very soon."

Zanca, U.S. said, "I am extremely excited about joining the Muc-Off team. If you have ever spent any time near a Muc-Off employee, their enthusiasm about the brand is contagious. I want to inject this into the U.S. cycling community as much as possible. As Muc-Off works with high profile athletes and teams, they are able to gather feedback from the professionals and create the best products possible. I expect that my sales background, relationship building, and knowledge of the U.S market will contribute to the goals that Muc-Off has for the U.S."
