NORTH VANCOUVER, British Columbia (BRAIN) — Knolly Bikes has hired Paul Nash, who started as the brand's general manager on May 2. The company said Nash's hire was part of its next step in streamlining operations and increasing the brand's market penetration globally.
Nash joins Knolly with 23 years of industry experience including general management, operations management, marketing, retail development, product development, shipping and logistics. He was raised in North Vancouver and grew up riding the terrain that has shaped the Knolly brand. He most recently was the GM of Giant Canada.
"I am very excited to be working with the team at Knolly. The people are great, the product is amazing and there is so much potential with the brand. The no-compromise approach to designing the product really resonates and it is great to be aligned with a company that is so focused on producing the best bikes on the market. After witnessing the overwhelming response to the newly released Warden Carbon model right after joining the company I am looking forward to partnering with more dealers across North America."
Noel Buckley, the CEO and president of Knolly Bikes, said, "We at Knolly are really excited to bring Paul onboard: his industry experience culminating in managing Giant Canada during the past four years will prove invaluable in helping Knolly continue its growth while strengthening our company. We have amazing staff at Knolly and from day one Paul fit in naturally with his goal and process oriented mentality accompanied by a collaborative and easy going personality. He is a believer in Knolly's high end approach to product quality, engineering and performance and understands exactly the Knolly product philosophy. His skill set is highly complementary to our evolving business."
