The first course at the Guru Academy in Bethel, Connecticut, will take place Jan. 25-26. Additional courses include a special Fit Institution Slowtwitch East seminar hosted by Dan Empfield in April, as well as a triathlon/time-trial course hosted by 51 Speedshop in June. Guru will also host training sessions at regional education centers in the U.S., Europe, Southeast Asia and more.

Courses at the Guru Academy's headquarters will be hosted by the Guru Academy's team of fit instructors.
