PHOENIX (BRAIN) — Serfas has promoted Ben Luster, formerly a regional sales manager, to the newly created role of brand manager.
Luster joined Serfas as an outside sales representative in Michigan after graduating from the University of Michigan with bachelor's degree in engineering and a master's in education. In his new role, he will work closely with Serfas' dealer network, sales representatives, and consumers to ensure high-quality product selection and customer service.
