Todson uses third party to police MAP

NORTH ATTLEBOROUGH, MA (BRAIN) — Todson is working with Brand Protection Agency to monitor and enforce its new MAP policy, which goes into effect Friday for the company's OnGuard and Topeak brands.

“Enforcement is the key to a successful effort,” said Neal Todrys, the owner and CEO of Todson Inc. Todson's new MAP sets MSRP as the minimum allowable advertised price, with two discount windows annually.

The Brand Protection Agency, based in Dallas,  Texas, is a leading provider of online brand policy enforcement.
