PORTLAND, OR (BRAIN) — Kris “Kirby” Bedsaul is the new general manager for Chris King Precision Components and Cielo Bicycles, effective Oct. 7, the company announced.
Kirby is no stranger to the Oregon company. He managed sales for Chris King in the early 2000s and more recently was a regional sales rep on the East Coast. In 2003 family commitments took him to Asheville, North Carolina, were he built and co-owned five finance businesses while also working in bicycle advocacy.
“Kirby’s business acumen, strong organizational skills and long involvement with the bicycle industry are a welcome addition to Chris King Precision Components as we expand our product offering in both the domestic and international markets,” the company said in a statement.
Both Chris King Precision Components and Cielo Bicycles manufacture their headsets, hub sets, bottom brackets and frames in Portland, Oregon.
