SAN DIEGO, CA (BRAIN) — One Industries Corp., recently acquired by Transom Capital Group, has appointed Jeff McGuane as president and CEO, the company announced in a press release.

McGuane most recently was global president of Dorel's Cycling Sports Group, which includes the Cannondale and GT brands worldwide. He left the company in June. He’s one of several new hires in product, sales and marketing and is making his debut in the new role at Interbike, Booth 5147.

McGuane will move to San Diego, Calif., where One Industries is based. One Industries is a supplier of protective gear, helmets, gloves, graphics, hard parts and race wear for motocross and mountain bike use under the One, SixSixOne, Tag Metals and Sunline brands. The company was founded in 1997.

“McGuane comes to One Industries with extensive global management experience,” said Russell Roenick, managing director of Transcom Capital Group. “He began his career with Cannondale and for the past 20 years has held multiple international leadership roles building an impressive background in product creation, marketing, sales and global operations. We are confident that McGuane's breadth of experience leading innovative and product-centered brands will expand One Industries' position as a leader in the motocross and mountain bike communities. Jeff understands the enthusiast customer and how to meet his or her needs."
