ASHEVILLE, NC (BRAIN) — The Mann Group has appointed customer service and retail strategist Kevin Simpsonto the new role as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).
“Bringing Kevin onto The Mann Group team fortifies our position in both the specialty retail and manufacturing industries and specifically will give clients additional solutions for growth and profitability,” said Dan Mann.
“I am thrilled and honored with this opportunity,” said Simpson. “My focus will be to help shape The Mann Group’s approach and business plans as the company continues to grow into new markets in the fields of retail consulting and customer experience excellence.”
Simpson brings over a decade of experience at Siemens Canada where he designed and built the national customer experience centre for their medical division as Canadian Technology Manager. He is president of, and has run his own bicycle retail business Rebound Cycle in Canmore, Alberta for the past 12 years.
