Published October 26, 2012

BOULDER, CO (BRAIN) — Retailer web services provider SmartEtailing has expanded its Boulder office space and added three new staff members.

The new staff members include Rick Vosper, a long-time industry member and a columnist on BicycleRetailer.com.

“Rick was one of our first evangelists back in the late ‘90s when we founded the company,” said SmartEtailing president and co-founder Mark Graff. “He understands the SmartEtailing value proposition and shares our passion for bringing a sustainable competitive advantage to the specialty business owner’s multi-channel initiatives.”

Vosper will head SmartEtailing’s Client Services division, which includes client support, consulting, web services, and business development functions. Vosper has relocated to Boulder and began his tenure in the new offices October 15.

Joining Vosper in the new Boulder office are web services specialists Robbie Spil and Todd Donovan, both of whom come to SmartEtailing with extensive experience in specialty bike retail. Existing staff will continue to work remotely from their home offices.
