VILLE ST. LAURENT, Montreal, Canada (BRAIN) — Canadian bike maker Opus, which announced its entry to the U.S. market earlier this year, has opened three dealers south of the border so far.
Bicycle Roots of Brooklyn, New York; The Daily Rider ofWashington, D.C.; and On Performance Labs of Tampa, Florida, are the brand's first U.S. stores.
“The response we received from U.S. dealers was overwhelmingly positive and confirmed what we felt going into the show, which was that the quality and depth of model offerings in all categories would be recognized and appreciated by the IBD’s in attendance. Our diverse and large offerings in both the urban and children’s categories were particularly well received," said Chris Dimmick, Opus' director of international sales.
