Hawley Reopens Service Center

Published March 2, 2011

LEXINGTON, SC (BRAIN)—The Hawley Company has reopened its Hawley Service Center.

The service center is known as a one-stop shop built to back Hawley’s network of professional, independent bicycle dealers with any of their service needs, according to a press release. The company did not spare any expense when searching the country for an experienced technician to revive the service center, finding their man with Tony Stone.

Entering the new position at the Hawley Service Center, Stone has over 10 years of experience in the industry; he is an experienced rider on- and off-road and has worked for some of the best shops in the country before joining Hawley's ranks.

“As a graduate of the United Bicycle Institute, Tony is a highly trained and licensed technician,” said Derrick Boatwright, director of product and vendor relations. “Most importantly, Tony is an encyclopedia of bicycle knowledge and loves getting his hands dirty.”

Moving forward Hawley officially announced their status as a Campagnolo and Fulcrum service center. The Hawley Service Center is also a full factory authorized service and warranty center for Avid, Campagnolo, Cane Creek, Hayes, Manitou, RockShox, Shimano and SRAM.
