BLOOMINGTON, MN (BRAIN)—Erik’s Bike Shop was named a “Top Workplace” in the Twin Cities metro area based on an employee-based survey project from the Star Tribune.
The Top Workplaces designation recognizes the most progressive companies in the metro based on employee opinions about company leadership, career opportunities, workplace flexibility, compensation and benefits, according to a press release. The analysis included responses from over 33,000 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations.
