MADISON, WI (BRAIN)—Saris Cycling Group (SCG) has promoted David Cathcart to vice president of sales.
In his new role Cathcart will provide executive level leadership to all sales departments both domestic and international, according to a press release. He started at SCG eight years ago as the director of marketing and later added international sales responsibilities.
“David has done an outstanding job, and I am excited to be able to apply his talents to focus on sales,” said SCG president Chris Fortune. “He is a creative thinker who knows the cycling industry inside and out. He understands the product deeply and has done an exceptional job in growing international sales. I am genuinely pleased to be able to promote from within the SCG family into this integral role.”
