SANTE FE, NM (BRAIN)—Bicycle Technologies International (BTI) has become an authorized DT Swiss Service Center. With comprehensive on-site training completed, BTI's Factory Service department is now ready to receive DT Swiss warranty service and repair items.
"We're pleased to be able to take this next step to support our DT Swiss customers. With fast turnaround times and a 90 day guarantee on labor, we can seamlessly manage warranty claims and help shops get customers back on their bikes sooner," said John Salomonsen, BTI sales manager.
With this recent certification, BTI's repair center becomes DT Swiss' first authorized service center located outside of its North American Headquarters in Grand Junction, CO. BTI will stock a comprehensive inventory of parts to repair DT wheels, hubs and suspension forks to provide the most timely service possible. Rear shocks will not be serviced by BTI for the present. Rear shocks will continue to be serviced directly by DT Swiss at their Colorado facility.
In addition to providing repair services for DT Swiss, BTI's fully stocked service department is staffed to provide a wide array of warranty and repair work on other name brand components. The BTI Factory Service Center specializes in complete suspension overhauls, custom tuning and upgrade installations. Factory trained service technicians repair not only forks and shocks, but hydraulic brakes, perform frame prep, bearing installation and proprietary wheel repair. “It's easy to take advantage of this service, bike shops can just pick up the phone and call BTI to start a service order," Salomonsen said.
