Seplavy Hired as GT Product Manager

BETHEL, CT (BRAIN)— Cycling Sports Group (CSG) has appointed Todd Seplavy senior product manager for GT Bicycles, reporting to Mark Peterman, general manager of GT Bicycles.

In this position, Seplavy will be in charge of developing product specifications and will be responsible for the category and consumer-specific product lines. Seplavy’s duties will include: monitoring developments in the marketplace, following industry trends and studying consumer needs. He will also be working closely with customers, and will be able to monitor product integrity.

Seplavy joins CSG with more than 10 years of management experience. Most recently, he was the vice president of U.S. operations for Evil Bikes in Seattle, where he organized product development and marketing duties for the start-up of the company. He also held numerous positions at World Wide Cycle Supply, such as marketing manager and senior product manager. He recently sat on the Board of Directors of USA Cycling and was an Industry Trustee on the Mountain Bike Board of Trustees.
