Hawley Company Hires Allison

LEXINGTON, SC (BRAIN)—The Hawley Company has hired Phil Allison as its director of information technology and Lee Nicholson as its director of distribution operations.

Allison comes to Hawley with more than 20 years of programming experience. Most recently he was the senior software architect for Stone Guardian Software. Allison has consulted on the Hawley Web site for the past two years.

Nicholson has more than 25 years of logistics and supply chain management experience in a variety of industries. Most recently he was the senior operations manager for Musicorp and managed six distribution centers around the country.

“We are thrilled to welcome Phil and Lee to our team," said president Steve Hawley. “Phil’s experience and vision will benefit our dealers quickly as we continue our integration with POS systems and enhance our Web store to be one of the best in the industry. Combining this with Lee’s outstanding logistics experience and leadership will enable us to maximize productivity in our new warehouse and to make plans for future growth."

Hawley recently doubled its warehouse operation and now operate from a 60,000 square foot distribution center.
