New York’s Security Bicycle Accessories will distribute Topolino Technology’s carbon/Kevlar spoked wheels.

Topolino Technology constructs its wheels so the carbon/Kevlar or steel spokes span the diameter of the wheel and are captured in a thermoplastic carbon hub shell, creating a strong, light wheel for smooth riding.
