Published October 28, 2008

NORCROSS, GA (BRAIN)—Blue Competition cycles has completed an agreement with MultiSports Zone Mexico to distribute the company’s line of bicycles and accessories in Mexico.

In addition to selling Blue Cycling Products in their showroom and sales center in Olivar de los Padres and on their Web site, MultiSports Zone Mexico will distribute Blue’s bicycles and multi-sport accessories throughout the country.

Blue Competition Cycles are the official bicycle of USA Triathlon. Elite competitors, including Olympic triathlete Sarah Haskins and Canadian National Triathlon Champion Brent McMahon, ride Blue’s multi-sport bikes in national and international events. The company also manufacturers road, mountain, cyclocross and track bikes.

“This agreement is a huge step forward for Blue and we are pleased to be working with a company that is dedicated to promoting and growing multisport and cycling in Mexico,” said Michael Skop, president of Blue Competition Cycles.

The timing of the agreement follows the recent introduction of our 2009 product line, which includes an all new multi-sport and time trial bike called Triad.

“As a leading retailer and distributor of equipment and accessories for multi-sport athletes, we are looking forward to introducing the Blue Bicycle line to our customers,” said Carlos Espejel Caso of MultiSport Zone Mexico. “Blue Bikes are built to win and we are certain elite and amateur athletes throughout Mexico will be as excited as we were when they have the chance to see and ride these outstanding machines.”
