Interbike Relocates Outdoor Demo

Published October 16, 2007

BOULDER CITY, NV (BRAIN)—Interbike show organizers have relocated the Outdoor Demo exhibition, which will be held Sept. 24-25. While still in Bootleg Canyon as in past years, the new exhibition booth area is approximately 350 yards to the west and has been improved by Boulder City's Parks and Recreation with new landscaping, curb and gutters, and new pavement.

The expo area's new location provides Outdoor Demo attendees improved access to mountain bike trails in the area, as well as paved roads for road bike testing. The footprint includes 59,800 of net-sold square-feet and continues to grow as some exhibitors increase their space and others return to the event. Exhibiting companies include Bell Sports, Cannondale, Giant, Kona, Scott USA, Shimano, Specialized, SRAM, and Trek Bicycles, among many others.

Bootleg Canyon offers access to an extensive groomed trail network, a professionally built BMX track, a closed-road loop, a downhill-specific trail and a dirt-jump demo.

"The new expo area is a huge improvement," said Lance Camisasca, Interbike's show director. "With new landscaping and pavement, the expo area is easier to get to, less dusty and it allows exhibitors and attendees to more comfortably interact with each other. We're excited for everyone to see and use the new area."
