Fuji Bikes To Distribute Princeton Tec

Published October 16, 2007

BORDENTOWN, NJ (BRAIN)—Princeton Tec Lighting is partnering with Fuji Bikes to continue to expand the Princeton Tec dealer network in the United States.

Now more than 1,200 Fuji, SE and Kestrel dealers nationwide will have instant access to the full Princeton Tec line through Fuji's in-house sales people and outside sales force, as well as Princeton Tec's regional distributors Down East, Action, Hawley, Hans Johnson, BTI, Wilson and Cyclone.

"We're really excited about the addition of Fuji USA to complement our current regional distributors and dealer direct service," said Princeton Tec's Justin Kline. "Fuji has a longstanding history as a quality brand in the bike industry and has been experiencing rapid growth the past few years. Plus Fuji is located only about 20-30 minutes from our offices which provides for excellent local synergy and easy communication."

Princeton Tec's bike-specific product line was greatly expanded with last year's introduction of the Switchback series-a new rapid charge LED bike lighting system. The Switchback series draws on Princeton Tec's 30 years of lighting experience to create a suite of highly durable, reliable and functional lights set apart by their lengthy burn time, incredibly short charge time of two hours and comprehensive included accessory kit.

IBDs that aren't currently Fuji dealers can sign up to be strictly parts and accessory dealers for Princeton Tec products and not sell the line of bikes.

"This relationship is huge for us," said Fuji's Steven Harad. "Princeton Tec is a high end brand that Fuji is adding to our line of P and A. It allows us to bring new innovative products to our dealers that most of them haven't
seen before."
