BOISE, Idaho (BRAIN) — The Balance Bike Adapter is an aluminum adapter that covers and protects the bottom brackets on 12- and 16-inch standard bikes that have been converted to balance bikes.
The adapter protects bearing races from contaminants and reinforces the bottom bracket to prevent damage should it strike a curb or other obstruction.
