Published April 14, 2017

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (BRAIN) — RockShox has overhauled its popular Pike fork with a lighter chassis, the addition of its Charger 2 damper and its Debonair negative air spring. RockShox also added the Charger 2 to its 2018 model Lyrik fork and added the Debonair feature to the 2018 Lyrik, Revelation and Yari fork models. The RS-1 fork also got updates.

The Pike gets a completely new chassis, which enables a weight reduction of almost 150 grams, the company said. The Charger 2 damper is now compatible with RockShox's OneLoc remote for on-the-fly compression adjustments. The Pike's travel options are up to 160mm for 27.5-inch and 140mm for 29-inch with room for tires up to 2.8 inches wide on both models.

MSRP for the Pike is $875 to $1,000. Specfications in the press release below.
