POZZOLEONE, Italy (BRAIN) — Fizik has released a new range of bar tape designed for long-distance riding.
The Endurance tape is made from 2.5mm thick Microtex, which is breathable, light, durable and easy to clean. Endurance bar tape was tested by and developed in conjunction with pro riders at the Telenet-Fidea Cycling Team.
"It's the 'best of both worlds' riders have been waiting for, offering long-term padded comfort with detailed feedback, control and light weight," the company said.
The Endurance tape joins Fizik's Superlight (2mm thick, for optimum feedback) and Performance (3mm thick, for superior padding) ranges.
The Endurance line of tape comes in three texture options: Classic, Soft Touch and Tacky Touch. Classic is available in red, white or black and retails for $30. Soft Touch comes in white or black and retails for $30. Tack Touch comes in white or black and retails for $35.
