AUSTIN, Texas (BRAIN) — TriggerPoint Performance Therapy has released its firmest foam roller yet, the GRID X.
The Grid X is designed to deliver deep, targeted massage for those with dense muscle tissue or who prefer intense compression. It's twice as firm as its predecessor, the GRID foam roller. The GRID X has been tested to hold 550 pounds (250kg) of static load.
"TriggerPoint created the GRID X using a systematical approach to increase blood flow by providing a more intense myofascial release than any other foam roller on the market," said TriggerPoint founder Cassidy Phillips. "We were able to accomplish this by increasing the density of the foam and making the GRID X twice as firm as our current GRID."
The GRID X is currently available online at tptherapy.com and will become available through retail partners in the coming weeks.
