ST. LOUIS, MO (BRAIN)—An effort is underway to ban bicyclists from several narrow two-lane highways in semi-rural southwest St. Charles County, according to the St. Louis Post Dispatch.

There was a packed house at a Monday night council meeting, with people speaking out on both sides of the issue.
