VICENZA, Italy (BRAIN) — Tullio Campagnolo founded his company here 80 years ago this year, and the company that bears his name is preparing an 80th anniversary parts group and wheelsets to be released to the public next month.
The group will feature new finishing techniques including humid-state microsanding on carbon fiber parts, new opaque finishing procedures on aluminum parts. "Even the celebratory logo is itself a product of countless hours of research and testing to ensure that it resists even the harshest and most aggressive cleaning agents," the company said in a release this week.
The company did not release pricing information or availablity details except that the parts will be a limited edition.
