Published March 28, 2017

CHICAGO (BRAIN) — SRAM has promoted Riki Bloomquist to the newly established technical training manager position. Bloomquist began with SRAM in 2010 as a dealer service representative and most recently served as a training specialist.

In his new role he will operate within SRAM's marketing team, in collaboration with product development, to develop technical training content and methods of delivery for education on SRAM's products and technologies. He will primarily target internal and external customers who serve the technical education, service and support roles.

Bloomquist will be based in SRAM's Chicago headquarters, reporting directly to David Zimberoff, SRAM's VP of marketing.

"Riki will be defining and delivering our technical product training messaging for global continuity, which will provide our training teams consistent and correct messaging," said Zimberoff.

Bloomquist said, "I'm excited to get people engaged, educated, and aligned."
