BEAVERTON, OR (BRAIN) — Yakima announced the hire of Stephanie Bastin-Wells as global director of human resources and the promotion of Emily Davis to director of supply chain.
Bastin-Wells becomes a key member of senior management and is responsible for the strategy, leadership and direction of human resources at Yakima Products. She brings more than 16 years of domestic and international HR experience.
Davis will lead Yakima’s sales, inventory, operations and planning process, oversee and manage the company’s U.S. manufacturing and distribution facilities, control inbound and outbound freight activities, develop and evolve business processes and continue to develop the purchasing function, including establishing relationships with Yakima suppliers.
Davis was promoted from her previous role as supply chain operations manager, which she held for eight years.
Yakima Products’ brands include Yakima, Whispbar and Prorack. Each offers a variety of cargo management products, including racks for bikes, boats, ski equipment and other gear, cargo boxes and bags and high performance multi-sport trailers.
