Outside Sales Representative (Independent) – RockyMounts Bike Racks

RockyMounts, a trusted name in premium bike racks and outdoor gear solutions, is looking for an established Outside Sales Rep/Agency to expand our reach across SoCal, S.NV, AZ, and NM. This is a commission-based opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships and driving sales in the cycling and outdoor gear space.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with retail partners and dealers
• Drive sales growth and brand awareness across the assigned territory
• Attend trade shows, demos, and industry events
• Provide product training and support to retail staff
• Report on territory performance and market trends
Qualifications:
• Proven sales and service experience in the cycling/outdoor industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel frequently within the territory
• Passion for cycling and outdoor lifestyle
