Job Description
They will be providing valuable operations management support with a focus on administrative tasks, providing valuable invoice management support to our customer service team and play an essential role in our operations process. They are responsible for accurately recording all transactions within our operating system, overseeing the processing of returns, as well as providing timely order information to the other team members so they can better assist customers with their orders. They will be an integral part of a small, well-established team that focuses on providing accurate, and timely support to our on-line customers worldwide. Technical product training will be provided so you have a functional knowledge base of our product. Position is in-person only.

Qualifications
Candidates should have solid interpersonal skills, strong customer service skills, professionalism, and ability to problem-solve. Proficiency with PC, email, and web-based applications. Applicants must have the ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and detail. Candidates must be proficient in and able to learn new systems including Word, Excel, email, and other office related software and equipment. Experience with the Shopify e-commerce platform is a plus.

Responsibilities Include
• Demonstrate a high level of motivation to learn and be a team player.
• Maintain and update information in the customer management system.
• Oversee the processing of order returns and accurately recording such returns into our inventory system.
• Communicate with fellow team members, sales, and management to ensure correct transfer of data/information.
• Read and accurately interpret technical customer request forms.
• Communicates with team members and management regarding issues with processes and workflow.
• Possesses thorough knowledge of internal system and applicable procedures, to thoroughly communicate with customers with confidence.
• Assists in planning/ developing improved operational procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
