Pelley will spearhead all sales operations and relations in North America for the component maker. He has spent the past six years in a similar capacity at Race Face/Easton.

WASHINGTON (BRAIN) — The Sustainable Trails Coalition is applauding legislation introduced last week that would end a ban on bikes, wheelchairs, strollers and game carts in federally designated Wilderness areas. The bill, introduced by Rep. Tom McClintock, R-Calif., would let federal land managers regulate the use of such vehicles on Wilderness trails.

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (BRAIN) — The North American Handmade Bicycle Show will donate $1 from the sale of each admission ticket at next week's show to the Trips For Kids Initiative.
Since 1988, Trips For Kids has helped disadvantaged kids discover the joy of mountain biking.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (BRAIN) — Allied Cycle Works has reached an exclusive agreement with Innegra Technologies, which makes a fiber material that Allied uses in its Alfa road frame.
The companies said the exclusive joint development partnership will bring new technology to the cycling industry.
