Irvine CA, 11/15/2024- The National Bicycle Dealers Association (NBDA) is thrilled to announce the 2025 Retailer Excellence Award (REA) Program—a dynamic 3-month masterclass designed to help bicycle retailers achieve operational excellence and thrive in today's competitive market. Through this program, retailers will experience hands-on guidance in key performance indicators (KPIs), peer learning, and insights into community engagement, setting them on a path to measurable success.

"One of the driving forces behind successful independent bike shops is financial acumen, or what we like to call 'Know Your Numbers.' The NBDA is an incredible resource for retailers looking to improve revenue, profit, and cash flow and to benchmark against others in the industry," said Gretchen Roberts, CEO of Red Bike Advisors. Retailers who complete the program will earn the esteemed title of NBDA Retailer of Excellence, recognizing their dedication to top-tier customer service, business insight, and community leadership. To meet retailer needs, NBDA has moved the program up by three months, allowing participants to engage during the off-season. The application window runs from November 15th to December 15th, 2024 and requires just 15 minutes to complete.
