Beeline Connect Releases Streamlined Warranty Process To Better Support Retailers With Launch Partners Aventon, Priority and Rad Power Bikes
Los Gatos, Calif., (Feb 13, 2024) – Beeline Connect, the leading provider of innovative software solutions for the bicycle industry, has developed a new warranty program to better streamline a Brand's warranty support for its customers as well as make the process more efficient and trackable for its dealers and service centers.

The Beeline Connect platform had previously provided warranty request functionality for retailers assembling new bicycles through its Fulfillment Program which is integrated with dozens of Brand's ecommerce websites. The new Warranty Program expands on the proven flow and now provides the same tools to support warranties for customers who have already taken delivery of their bikes.

In addition to managing warranties submitted by the Retailer, the Beeline Connect's Warranty Program also allows the Brand to create a pre-approved warranty service for customers, email the customer a scheduling link thereby allowing the customer to choose the local dealer and the drop off date that best fits their schedule through a custom map scheduling flow, without any manual back and forth communication. Brands have estimated this feature will allow a single customer service agent to accomplish the work previously requiring four times the staff by eliminating the manual coordination of scheduling and payment between the customer and dealer.
