The 35-year cycling industry veteran brings his expertise in creating a safe and purposeful eBike demonstration experience to the inaugural show.

[Denver, CO]: (e)revolution today announced the hiring of Christopher Zigmont to lead the production of the eBike demonstration and test track for the inaugural show in June at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado. Christopher is a cycling industry executive leader with 35 years of experience, including leadership roles at SRAM, Mavi, Shift Active Media, and the Global Cycling Network. He was also a founding partner of PressCamp with (e)revolution show director Lance Camisasca.

"I have been working with Zig on and off for the past 30 years, beginning with our time together at Mavic," said Camisasca. "His industry experience and leadership are paramount to ensuring that our test track is professionally designed to be safe and reliable for our show attendees."

Chris has launched many of the products you know by name, bringing that experience and perspective to the (e)revolution team. From startups to global brands, Chris has been breaking new ground for brands in consumer engagement, experiential marketing, PR, and digital media strategy. Chris is a husband and father of four, a lifelong cyclist, and a cancer survivor who works to raise awareness for several cancer causes.

"This is a very exciting opportunity to work with this incredible team to create an experiential environment for e-bike brands, adaptive sports gear, and outdoor products, all in-door. With a focus on safety, demonstration of capability, and fun, we think our 42,000 square foot playground will be something to remember," commented Zigmont.

The layout will feature plenty of track for urban and cargo bikes, with straight runs, turns, and some elevation. E-mountain bikes will have additional trail features and elevation to test the capabilities of the bikes and the riders. A "B-line" will be available for all technical sections, providing a safe escape for riders as well.
(e)revolution takes place in Denver, Colorado, at the Colorado Convention Center June 8-11, 2023. The show will be co-located with its sister event: The Big Gear Show.

Exhibitor space sales and trade show badge registration are currently underway currently, with consumer event tickets going on sale in mid-April 2023. Visit www.e-revolution.bike to learn more.
