Independently owned, online bike manufacturer aligns with brick & mortar bike shop network to better support customers where they live.
New York, NY (May 9, 2022) – Priority Bicycles, leaders in belt-driven low maintenance bicycles, announces an expanded partnership with Beeline Connect, a software platform connecting bike shops, riders, and brands online. As a direct-to consumer company, Priority (and sub-brand Brilliant Bicycle Co) continuously looks to expand service offerings to its online customers and expansive hotel and corporate campus fleets, and with Beeline Connect’s platform, establishes a nationwide network of new Priority service providers and helps drive additional service revenue to independent bike retailers.
“Tapping into the nationwide network of bike shops using the Beeline Connect platform helps build consumer confidence and strengthens Priority’s offering,” says David Weiner, co-founder and CEO of Priority Bicycles. “We pride ourselves on the customer service structure we’ve created, and Beeline Connect’s latest service center functionality is an innovative next step, allowing us to send assembly and service business for both large fleet customers and single bicycle consumers, directly into a local Priority-friendly bike shop. We work with bike shops daily, as we recommend each customer have their bicycle either assembled or reviewed by a local bike shop. Now, we’re able to have bike shops opt-in to receiving our customers, capturing their service revenue and the opportunity to upsell them on other accessories and future bicycle models.”
Retailers that are already participating in Beeline Connect’s platform can easily be added as a Priority Bicycles service center, opt-in to providing new bike assembly, and be listed as a resource for service needs through Priority’s service map. Retailers that are not currently in Beeline Connect’s network can sign up for free to be a Priority Bicycles service shop through this link.
“By having a no cost option for IBD’s to sign up as a service center, we’re able to easily forge new relationships with bike shops that will both help our customers while expanding their local customer base with a consumer that was otherwise online focused.” says Weiner.
“We’ve been thrilled to work with David and Priority over the past two years with our professional assembly fulfillment services,” said Neil Macc, Beeline Connect’s Chief Revenue Officer. “Expanding the integration to include the Service Center map continues our mutual passion for excellent Rider experience and further aligns Priority with the more than 1,500 retail locations using Beeline Connect today.”
