"We are truly impressed with how many individuals, brands, and groups proactively reached out to us and agreed to participate," said USA Cycling president and CEO, Rob DeMartini. " With guidance from USA Cycling's DEI Task Force, The Inclusion Playbook and members of the four underrepresented communities, the Conference agenda includes a broad range of speakers and panelists who are sure to collectively cultivate challenging and honest conversations about the current state of the sport and what must happen to move the sport forward toward a more inclusive future. This is the beginning of what we hope will become an annual conversation and source of industry accountability."
