The world’s largest handmade bicycle show enters its fifth year as the meeting point for cycling’s most respected builders, emerging talent, supporting brands, and the next generation of riders.
PORTLAND, Ore. — MADE, the world’s largest handmade bicycle show, today announced that its fifth edition will take place Aug. 6–8, 2027, at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland. The move marks an important new chapter for MADE following four years at Zidell Yards.
The announcement follows a record-setting 2026 show, which welcomed more than 7,000 attendees and over 200 builders and brands and provided secure parking for more than 2,000 bicycles throughout the weekend. Four consecutive years of growth have established MADE as a cornerstone of handmade bicycle culture and a fixture on the global cycling calendar.
The 2026 show also made visible a broader evolution taking place across cycling. A new generation of builders, designers, brands and riders is entering the handmade and urban cycling communities, bringing new ideas, creative perspectives and energy to the industry. At the same time, established builders continue to advance their craft, while the component, apparel, and cycling lifestyle brands surrounding them are creating new ways for people to participate in cycling culture.
MADE sits at the intersection of these communities. The show connects respected builders and established industry leaders with emerging makers, innovative brands and an expanding audience eager to discover what is next. This combination has helped MADE create an experience that is credible and craft-focused while remaining youthful, accessible and alive.

The Oregon Convention Center gives us the room to bring all of those people together, welcome a new generation into the culture and build a show that reflects where cycling is going next.”
The Oregon Convention Center will allow MADE to introduce an expanded show floor, welcome more established and emerging builders and brands, and develop additional programming and experiences. The move positions MADE’s fifth edition as its largest and most ambitious show to date while preserving the open, playful, and community-driven spirit that has defined the event since its launch.
As MADE enters its fifth year, its purpose remains clear: to celebrate the people advancing handmade bicycle craft and to create an accessible entry point for anyone who wants to participate in the culture surrounding it. From internationally recognized framebuilders and industry-leading companies to independent makers, emerging brands, and riders discovering handmade bicycles for the first time, MADE offers a place to connect, exchange ideas, and help shape cycling’s future.
Priority registration for returning 2026 exhibitors opens now, followed by registration for new exhibitors in late fall.
