PITTSBURGH (BRAIN) — Dick's Sporting Goods said it will close 10 stores in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and shorten its hours of operation.

Beginning today, eight stores in Pennsylvania will close as well as one each in Kansas and Missouri, it was announced on its website. Normally open 9 a.m.-9:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Sunday, Dick's will be open from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday.

Dick's said the revised store hours might change throughout the duration of the outbreak. The company did not say if the store closures are temporary.

A week ago, Dick's released its fourth-quarter earnings report and noted concerns over COVID-19. Its stock price is down 48% in the past five days and 57% in the past month.
