WATERLOO, Wis. (BRAIN) — In conjunction with the Consumer Product Safety Commission, Trek Bicycle is recalling all Electra Navigator Go! and Ace of Spades Go! e-bikes because some bolts attaching the rear fender were not installed with threadlocker and can loosen.
It's recommended that consumers not ride these models and contact either a local Trek or Electra retailer for rear fender replacement bolts with threadlocker at no cost.
Also, when you bring in your recalled model, Trek will provide a $10 in-store credit that can be applied to any Trek, Electra, or Bontrager merchandise. The credit is good through Dec. 31.
