GRAND JUNCTION, CO (BRAIN)—DT Swiss has launched a full-line of service kits available to dealers needed to properly field service of Tricon wheels.
"We're really excited to offer these service parts to the dealer, which in turn, helps us serve the end-consumer best," said aftermarket sales manager Matt McClendon. "Up to this point, our factory-authorized service centers have performed a minimal amount of maintenance for the Tricons thus sold. But we realize dealers are crucial to our success, so it's important to support them by giving them the tools and the training needed to successfully service our Tricon line. These service kits are the first step in that direction."
Service kits range from basic maintenance kits for minor repairs and servicing, to fully comprehensive kits to rebuild an entire wheel if needed. All kits will allow dealers to service both aftermarket and OEM Tricon wheel systems found on many of the industry's leading brands, according to a press release.
Service kits will be stocked and available through any of DT's qualified distributors within the next few months.
