LOS ANGELES, CA (BRAIN)—Tern Bicycles is showing support for the California Bike Summit and the relaunch of the California Bike Coalition.
Tern’s sponsorship of the November 5-7 summit in Los Angeles will help bring together advocacy leaders who will work on an ambitious plan for the state’s cycling future in 2012 and beyond.
“Our passion is transforming communities into more livable places through bicycling,” said Dave Snyder, executive director of the California Bicycle Coalition. “We're grateful for our partnership with Tern because the brand’s mission and products are helping reshape communities through a combination of bicycling and mass transit.”
The California Bike Summit will bring together the state’s 15 professionally staffed bicycling advocacy groups, many of the 100 largest bicycling clubs, and over 500 specialty bike dealers. There will be several workshops, networking opportunities, parties, and even a bike-tour of Los Angeles for summit-goers.
