ASI Promotes Zimmer to Regional Sales Manager

PHILADELPHIA, PA (BRAIN)—Advanced Sports International (ASI) has promoted Frank Zimmer to regional sales manager.

A two-time “Salesman of the Year” for ASI, Zimmer has been working in the industry for more than 12 years. The former shop owner joined ASI in 2005, managing the warranty department and inside sales before becoming an outside rep in 2007.

In his newly established role, Zimmer will work specifically to expand ASI’s brands in underdeveloped territories, seeking to increase brand opportunity for ASI’s newer brands—Kestrel, Breezer, SE, and Oval Concepts—and to take ASI’s flagship brand, Fuji, to the next level.

“I think this new position really reflects the growth of our company, both on a corporate and personal level,” said ASI president Pat Cunnane. “It’s been great to see Frank progress through our company. He’s been very successful representing and selling our brands and our company. Frank’s enthusiasm for what we do is motivating for us all.”

Zimmer will work in tandem with ASI national sales manager Roy Hough in communicating with ASI’s sales force and dealers.

“Frank’s extensive experience and success over the past few years will undoubtedly be an asset to growing our brands,” Hough said. “Bringing him in as a manager will also allow for more one-on-one time with our sales force, as well as more attention to the specific needs and opportunities present within our territories throughout the country.”
