Mountain Hardwear Hires Flannery

RICHMOND, CA (BRAIN)—Mountain Hardwear Inc. has named Joe Flannery to serve as vice president of global marketing with responsibility for the Mountain Hardwear and Montrail brands.

Over his 20-year career, Flannery, 39, has served in leadership roles with some of the world’s largest athletic and outdoor brands, including vice president of global marketing at The North Face, global vice president and general manager of the Originals Division at Adidas, and senior international product merchandising manager at Nike-Bauer Hockey. His experience also includes incubating several successful start-up companies, serving in roles ranging from venture capitalist to founder to senior manager.
